In 2019, the Learning is Working, Working is Learning (LWWL) program started in the regions of North Holland North and Zaanstreek-Waterland. The aim of the program: sufficient people in healthcare, less dropout of ROC students, and making education more practice-oriented.
The knowledge and tools developed are shared both between the participating organizations and with the rest of the sector.
